Sharing knowledge and strengthening international academic partnerships between the University of Lorraine and the Jamalpur Science & Technology University

As part of their scientific mission to Bangladesh, Dr. Thomas Lecocq (Associate Professor, University of Lorraine, France) and Yannick Ledoré (Engineer in Animal Experimentation, University of Lorraine, France) were honored to be invited as international guest speakers at a seminar entitled: "Developing New Fish Productions to Meet Tomorrow's Challenges"
The seminar was organized by the Department of Fisheries at Jamalpur Science and Technology University and brought together students, researchers, and faculty members interested in the future of sustainable aquaculture.

 

During their presentations, Dr. Thomas Lecocq and Yannick Ledoré shared their expertise on innovative approaches to fish domestication, animal experimentation, and research strategies aimed at addressing the challenges facing tomorrow's aquaculture. The event provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss emerging scientific challenges, and strengthen international collaborations between Bangladesh and France.

We sincerely thank the Department of Fisheries at Jamalpur Science and Technology University for their warm welcome, outstanding organization, and commitment to fostering scientific exchange. We look forward to developing new collaborative initiatives that will contribute to innovation and sustainability in aquaculture research.
