DeChlorMeth :

Published on 12/11/2019

In line with the ANR INSSICCA, this project is a feasibility study whose financing has been obtained through the PNR EST. It brings together URAFPA, the ENSAIA methanization platform and the Metabolic Genomics team in Evry.....

It is part of a 0 Chlordecone animal sector objective in the West Indies, for which one option consists of a grouping of animals for a decontamination period before slaughter and sale. This group of animals raises questions about the fate of the effluents, hence the proposed study. This is based on the expertise of the 3 partners: knowledge of the quantities and forms released by the animal in decontamination (UR AFPA), extensive characterization of the CLD's metabolites and obtaining standards (UMR MG) and methanization in chemostat (ENSAIA). This project runs from early 2020 to mid-2021.
