The University of Lorraine and the University of Namur (Belgium) have signed an international research partnership on the 29th October 2021. This partnership focuses on the study of the domestication process and welfare of fish in aquaculture. It is a part of the "UL International Research Partnerships" (IRP) funded by the University of Lorraine.

In the framework of the National Chlordecone Plan IV, the MRCA team is developing an operational strategy with the support of the DGAL. The action is carried out in the field in collaboration with the DAAF Martinique and Guadeloupe and the Groupement de Défense Sanitaire de Martinique (GDSM) and Sanigwa.
